
Conducts first-time homebuyer education classes for low to moderate income residents of the tri-county area. Partners with several local banks to provide homebuyer education and one-on-one counseling as required to receive specific loans.

Provide's adolescent pregnancy prevention programs to youth in grades 6 through 9 using Health Education and Risk Reduction (HERR) model.
Provides tax preparation and assistance for low to moderate income individuals and families with limited resources. Encourages planning towards economic self-sufficiency with the use of the earned income tax credit.
The Skilled Workforce Development (SWFD) Program responds to the needs of underemployed minorities to secure and maintain self-sufficient employment. This program will also work with local businesses and corporations on the recruitment and hiring of minorities.
